Introduction to us

Being established in March 2000, Tianjin Huabang Technology Development Co. Ltd. now is home to 200 staff with a branch company in Changzhou, Jiangsu province. We share a close partnership with Tianjin University, a Project 985 university in China, and the professors and scholars from the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, School of Mechanical Engineering and School of Civil Engineering have become the core research and development force for us. Since the establishment, we have been integrating the efforts made by our company, the university and research institutes. With export and import qualification, we work on the principle of “high-tech development for competitive products”. The continuous progress sought and the support from our customers through years have built us into a company capable of R&D, design, manufacturing and serving. We have many patents and our products have been in series-production. Large drum water-cooling flakers have been sold to Taiwan (China), Brazil, Columbia, Turkey.

Main equipment

We set foot in various chemical industries with main products including but not limited to the following series: the R&D, design,  manufacturing, engineering construction and installation of VOCs catalytic oxidation techniques as well as fixed bed reactor, high-temperature high-flow-rate molten salt (heat transfer oil) axial flow pump, flaker, briquetter, CCDZ quantitative packaging control system as well as automated equipment and system and the dust collection equipment in packaging workshop.

1. Carbon tetra separation and deep processing technology: 

Extraction technique of 1, 3-butadiene by acetonitrile, production technology of oxidative dehydrogenation of butene to 1, 3-butadiene, separation technique of 1, 2-butadiene, and technique for producing isobutene by MTBE cleavage.

2. C5 separation and deep processing technology: 

C5 was cleaved by acetonitrile to extract isoprene, C5 was cleaved by acetonitrile to extract Cyclopentadiene, and C5 was cleaved by acetonitrile to extract m-pentadiene

3. Polymer material synthesis technology:

Rare earth isoprene rubber manufacturing technology and butadiene rubber (nickel series) manufacturing technology

4. Basic chemical raw materials and chemical products synthesis technology: 

The production technology of preparing mixed dicarboxylic acid esters from adipic acid production waste liquid

5. Production technology for plasticizers product series: 

The manufacturing technology of Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP) and dibutyl Phthalate (DBP)

6. Production Technology of phthalic anhydride: 

Manufacturing technology of phthalic anhydride

7. Production Technology of maleic anhydride: 

Manufacturing technology of maleic anhydride

8. Carbonate production technology: 

Production technology of vinyl carbonate, production technology of dimethyl carbonate, and production technology of methyl ethyl carbonate

9. Surfactant manufacturing technology: 

Manufacturing technology of alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether series products, penetrant (JFC) series product manufacturing technology, manufacturing technology of pharmaceutical excipients polyethylene glycol series products, water reducing agent product manufacturing technology, fatty alkyl dimethyl tertiary amine manufacturing technology,y and production technology of difatty alkyl monomethyl tertiary amine and others.
