Our automated packing system is an electromechanical integration product is mainly composed of a weighing unit, a conveying unit, and a control unit. The weighing unit also includes a hopper and a double screw feeder. After weighing in the packing machine, the materials enter into the buffer silo and automatically begin bagging after the bag-gripping machine turns on. After the filling and packing is completed, a series of procedures for heat sealing, trimming, welting, and sewing is completed through the automatic folding-sealing machine. After sealing, the packaged bag is tipped by the pushing conveyor and then passes through the flattening conveyor. Using a climbing conveyor, the flattened bag enters to the the weight recheck machine where the bags within the specified range continue to enter the downstream automatic palletizing machine and the bags exceeding the weight requirements are removed from the production line. Empty trays are placed in the tray storage, and the first tray is transported to the tray conveyor before the palletizing begins. The palletizing robot places the weight-qualified PA-filled bags to the tray on the tray conveyor. When the tray is filled with 1 ton, the filled tray conveyor transports the filled tray to the accumulation conveyor, awaiting for forklifts to transport the tray to the designated locations. In the meantime, the empty tray conveyor transports the empty trays from the tray storage to the palletizing conveyor for the next-round palletizing.

After the scale is started, the materials in the silo are fed by the coarse, medium, and fine speeds of the screw feeder. The weighing sensor at the upper part of the weighing bucket detects the material that is fed into the bucket and reaches the rated value when the material reaches the rated value. At about 90% of the rated value of materials, the coarse feeding stops. When the material reaches about 95% of the rated value, the medium feeding stops. When the material in the hopper has reached the rated measurement, the fine feeding stops and the feeding is completed. The hopper exit is then opened and the weighted material is dropped into the packing bag on the bagging system via the falling hopper. The hopper exit closed until the materials is completely, and then the next-round feeding and weighing starts. The bagging unit awaits for the material to completely fall into the bag and then releases the bag. The bag filled with the material falls on the conveyor and enters the next process.
