Manufacturing strength
We have a modern manufacturing plant with an area of 5000㎡, and we can manufacture high-temperature, high-flow-rate molten salt (heat transfer oil) axial flow pumps and large water-cooling drum flakers, which enjoy the ever-growing output. Our production capability is enhancing yearly, and we have a complete set of equipment for manufacturing non-standard chemical equipment. We introduced more than 30 manufacturing equipment, including turning, shaping, milling, grinding, riveting, automatic welding, and measuring instruments.
Technical strength
We have established an R&D research center where 60% of the staff, including more than 20 scientific engineers, are directly engaged in R&D work. The main R&D staff comprises professors and scholars from Tianjin University (a Project 985 university in China) and retired, experienced engineers and general engineers from large chemical industries. Together they form the R&D team of our company, which offers a stronger guarantee for developing the new product. In 2007, to respond to the need for development, we signed an agreement on technical development with the Processing Equipment and Control Engineering department attached to the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology from Tianjin University (a Project 985 university in China).
Social responsibility
We also undertake certain social responsibilities. Rapid economic development stimulates the fast growth of the chemical industry and leads to excessive VOC emissions while bringing benefits to China and society. As a response, we worked with the core scientific research team from Tianjin University (a Project 985 university in China) and the Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to develop catalyzed and oxidized treatment on the basis of social research, literature, and the treatment comparison between China and other countries. However, the catalyst needed was not available domestically, but we managed to establish a long-term strategic partnership with a German company, BASF, whose VOCat III catalyst happens to meet our needs. The research began in 2008, and until 2010, the catalyzed and oxidized treatment equipment had been applied in the phthalic anhydride and maleic anhydride equipment of many companies. To name a few, they are Yunnan Dawei Hengyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanxi Three-Dimensional Haoxin Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shunfei Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Bailong Chemical Co., Ltd.. We have produced over 20 sets of catalyzed and oxidized treatment equipment for VOC gas. The equipment will decompose VOC organic gases into CO2 and water, which meets the emission concentration standard of GB31571-2015, “Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum chemistry industry.”

- Automatic quantitative packaging system, dust collection system, and large water-cooling drum flakers have been used on the equipment capable of producing 20000T of maleic anhydride (benzene process) a year in Shanxi Taiming Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.
- Used on the equipment capable of producing 20000T of maleic anhydride (n-butane process) a year in CNPC
- BGJ120×200 flaker used on the equipment by Nan Pao and the peroxide adopted by UPC Technology Corporation
Vertical high-temperature, high-flow-rate molten salt axial flow pump application:
- Operated in the equipment of MOS company for more than 10 years
We developed this type of pump and contributed to the export and transfer of phthalic
anhydride technology of China exporter is Sinopec Engineering Incorporation and
the assignee is MOS
- As a core part used in the equipment capable of producing 40000T of phthalic anhydride a year and the equipment is owned by Dongguan Shenghe Chemicals Co., Ltd., the technology used in this equipment reaches the international standard.
- Used in the equipment capable of producing 20000T of maleic anhydride (benzene process) a year, and the equipment is owned by Shanxi Taiming Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.
- Used in the equipment capable of producing 20000T of maleic anhydride (n-butane process) a year, and the equipment is owned by CNPC
- Used in the equipment capable of producing 60000T of acrylic acid a year, Shanghai Huayi Acrylic Chemicals Co., Ltd, owns the equipment.
The technology used in the equipment is at the world level and our axial flow pump
contributes to the export of equipment into Saudi Arabia and acrylic acid technology
Experience
We have gained 20 years of experience in chemical equipment manufacturing with a well-organized management, R&D, and production team. In detail, we have been producing large water-cooling drums for years and began mass production in May 2000 with sales of more than 1300 by far. Regarding the compatibility issue between downstream chemical equipment and existing flakers and powdery materials contained in flake materials, we started developing an automatic packaging system matched to self-manufactured flakers in 2006 and improving the flakers we produce in light of issues of automatic packaging system others produce with special researches done in maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride. In other words, we are capable of producing flakers and automatic packaging equipment, and the former has been sold to Taiwan (China) and such countries as Brazil, Colombia, and Turkey.
Safety
At Huabang, we place the utmost importance on workshop production safety, recognizing that it is the cornerstone of our operations and the well-being of our employees.
- Safety Protocols and Procedures: our workshops are strictly governed by a comprehensive set of safety protocols and procedures. These have been meticulously designed and regularly updated to meet and often exceed the industry standards. Before any employee steps onto the workshop floor, they undergo rigorous safety training. This includes detailed instructions on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). We also have clear guidelines for the operation of machine and equipment. Employees are trained to follow these step by step to ensure safe and efficient operation. Regular maintenance and inspection of machines are carried out to prevent any potential malfunctions or accidents.
- Workplace Environment: the layout of the workshop is carefully planned to ensure safe movement of personnel and materials. There are clear aisles and walkways that are kept free from obstacles at all times. Adequate lighting and ventilation systems are in place to provide a safe working environment. Emergency exits are clearly marked and easily accessible from any point in the workshop. Fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and other emergency equipment are strategically placed and regularly checked to ensure their functionality.
- Safety Culture and Awareness: we strive to build a strong safety culture within the company. Safety is not just a set of rules but a mindset that every employee is encouraged to adopt. Regular safety meetings and training sessions are held to keep employees updated on the latest safety information and to reinforce the importance of safe working practices. Employees are also encouraged to report any potential safety hazards or near-miss incidents. This open communication channel allows us to promptly address any issues and continuously improve our safety measures.
