We have a modern manufacturing plant with an area of 5000㎡, and we can manufacture high-temperature, high-flow-rate molten salt (heat transfer oil) axial flow pumps and large water-cooling drum flakers, which enjoy the ever-growing output. Our production capability is enhancing yearly, and we have a complete set of equipment for manufacturing non-standard chemical equipment. We introduced more than 30 manufacturing equipment, including turning, shaping, milling, grinding, riveting, automatic welding, and measuring instruments.
We have established an R&D research center where 60% of the staff, including more than 20 scientific engineers, are directly engaged in R&D work. The main R&D staff comprises professors and scholars from Tianjin University (a Project 985 university in China) and retired, experienced engineers and general engineers from large chemical industries. Together they form the R&D team of our company, which offers a stronger guarantee for developing the new product. In 2007, to respond to the need for development, we signed an agreement on technical development with the Processing Equipment and Control Engineering department attached to the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology from Tianjin University (a Project 985 university in China).
We also undertake certain social responsibilities. Rapid economic development stimulates the fast growth of the chemical industry and leads to excessive VOC emissions while bringing benefits to China and society. As a response, we worked with the core scientific research team from Tianjin University (a Project 985 university in China) and the Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to develop catalyzed and oxidized treatment on the basis of social research, literature, and the treatment comparison between China and other countries. However, the catalyst needed was not available domestically, but we managed to establish a long-term strategic partnership with a German company, BASF, whose VOCat III catalyst happens to meet our needs. The research began in 2008, and until 2010, the catalyzed and oxidized treatment equipment had been applied in the phthalic anhydride and maleic anhydride equipment of many companies. To name a few, they are Yunnan Dawei Hengyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanxi Three-Dimensional Haoxin Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shunfei Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Bailong Chemical Co., Ltd.. We have produced over 20 sets of catalyzed and oxidized treatment equipment for VOC gas. The equipment will decompose VOC organic gases into CO2 and water, which meets the emission concentration standard of GB31571-2015, “Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum chemistry industry.”

We have gained 20 years of experience in chemical equipment manufacturing with a well-organized management, R&D, and production team. In detail, we have been producing large water-cooling drums for years and began mass production in May 2000 with sales of more than 1300 by far. Regarding the compatibility issue between downstream chemical equipment and existing flakers and powdery materials contained in flake materials, we started developing an automatic packaging system matched to self-manufactured flakers in 2006 and improving the flakers we produce in light of issues of automatic packaging system others produce with special researches done in maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride. In other words, we are capable of producing flakers and automatic packaging equipment, and the former has been sold to Taiwan (China) and such countries as Brazil, Colombia, and Turkey.
